Mexico City's Sergio Ynurrigarro is a leading expert on mezcal and its production. A culinary professional and researcher, he's a Slow Food Mexico officer and founder of the Asociacion Pro Cultura del Mezcal.

Antonio Díaz Cortés

Artist and Art Professor at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is a University of Wisconsin at Madison graduate, studied and lived in Japan. A worldwide traveler, he is a Mexican in love with Mexico. He speaks English and Japanese.
